Vintage Made in USA 1969-70 VINTAGE GIBSON Les Paul Gold Top Deluxe Original low frets. All other parts and hardware are original. Typical and very cool REAL relic arm wear on the top, lacquer checking perfect for it’s age. Pot codes are 1376902 The cavity has been copper shielded Small amount of buckle rash on the back. It has the look the feel and the sound. This is just a fantastic instrument, a wonderful playing straight neck and an absolute killer tone. Exc! Original red lined Gibson hardcase. SOLD

PLEASE NOTE:
The original double ring Kluson tuners have been refitted. The usual marks, chipping and damage occurs when anyone changed tuners to the Gibson Deluxe ( bolt on front)
Fitting the original tuners means having to repair and lacquer touch up the compressed areas around the bushes.
This work has been partially done and a little more precision lacquer work could be done to finish it off.
Due to the amount of guitar repair work and stock guitar listings I have had over the past six months and my commitment to the work coming in for the foreseeable future, the decision had to be made to stop the lacquer touch up work on this guitar and decide it is time to assemble and prepare for sale. This is the only issue with the guitar, It is non essential and will be left up to the new owner to decide whether to continue with your own trusted restorer to finish the work off….or choose to leave it as is.
