1970 Vintage HOFNER Verithin Florentine Made in Germany 

This is very similar to a Rare Hofner Ambassador I listed last year except this is a rare Verithin .
The body has a very thin 1″ , yes, one inch deep body.

The truss rod works well, The neck is straight, the frets are excellent. Lovely fret markers.
Original Van Ghent hump back tuners.
The sunburst colour is still bright and strong and has not faded.
Pot’s dated 26th week of 1970

This guitar is serviced and plays beautifully.
Quite an addition to any guitar collection.

Lacquer shows a few marks here and there from a rubberised guitar lead once stored in the case.
