This is an original early‑1970s Höfner Tremolo Unit, built by Schaller in Germany during the 1971–1973 production period. These units are increasingly hard to find in clean, working condition, and this example has been carefully inspected, tested, and verified as fully functional.
This tremolo is part of the same family of effects Schaller produced for Höfner in the early 1970s — a period known for:

- BC237B transistors (correct for 1971–73)
