Great condition, plays well, Loud.
A wonderful vintage Martin to suit any player or collector.
Original tuners, I’m told by the previous owner that it has had a pro neck reset but I can’t see any signs of that, so that is a very good thing.
It has had the first four frets replaced. Great job also.
The neck is fat, straight and plays beautifully. There are a few capo marks on the back of the neck but not enough to really effect the feel when playing.
The back and sides have no cracks or repairs, just normal wear and some scratches, buckle rash on the lower back area. Obviously the player liked to play it slung low and out to the left.
The top has normal wear and patina, just one small crack repair to note, which is quite common for Martin guitars of age. This is shown in the photo’s below and runs just from the edge of the pickguard under the high E string to the bridge.
Note, neck width at the nut is 42 mm
String height at the 12th fret is just on 3 mm
Comes with original hardcase also in terrific condition.
