Great Guitars has entered a quieter chapter. After many years of collecting, restoring, and sharing instruments, I’ve stepped away from business operations and now maintain this site simply as a personal archive and retirement hobby.

You’ll find a mix of historic guitars and amps and parts, ongoing restoration projects, and selected pieces available for private sale. No trading, no laybuys, and no commercial structures — just straightforward conversation between enthusiasts.

If your guitar is something I am able to use on the GREAT GUITARS website and your asking price is reasonable. We can discuss a simple trouble free CASH SALE or TRADE on other items.

Do you sell on consignment?

What is your return policy?

I offer you 24 hours from the time you receive your purchase to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Or you can return it. If, for any reason, you do not wish to keep the instrument you can notify me immediately and then we can discuss and make arrangements for refund. You would simply ship the item back insured at your expense.
