A rare part from the 1960’s

Vintage Hofner model 172 or 173  guitar neck. Most likely a 172
Original good condition to look at, good feel, certainly  useable.

Full frets, straight neck, single pearl dot markers.
Good condition rosewood fingerboard

The pegface is original as is the rear, has a satin, almost raw unfinished feel,  still has the original gold foil Hofner decal

No nut or string tree but it does come with the set of tuners and bushes that you see pictured.

The truss rod works

A very handy item as-is for a project or restore. It is actually a worthy part for consideration.
A fret polish and a little artwork to the lacquer, I’m sure it would be a comfortable playing neck.
