This is a very special Fender Custom shop guitar.
With a genuine light relic patina finish, the JM ( Journeyman) has an authentic aged appearance.
Features a beautifully figured FAT maple neck, rosewood fingerboard with dark clay dot markers.
The Custom Esquire body has binding front and back.
The ’59 Esquire Custom has the single bridge Tele pickup, the plain white single layer guard without pickup hole and the correct control panel to suit.
What is so special about this particular Esquire is that it comes with the Value Added Limited edition ’59 Esquire Kit which includes a neck pickup, spare guard for that conversion AND full pre wired control panel with knobs etc. So you don’t have to spoil or alter the original guitar should you want the two pickup version.
This is all genuine Fender Custom shop gear for this purchase.
