WEBSITE CLOSING END OF JUNE ’26 for RETIREMENT
FAREWELL MESSAGE.
Dear friends and customers,
The time has come for my retirement, and I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and to thank you for your interest, trust, and support in my website and the Great Guitars business over the past 30-plus years.
Trading, buying, and selling has given me the opportunity to come into contact not only with rare and fascinating instruments — including some truly exceptional vintage and antique pieces — but also with many wonderful customers who became regular buyers and friends. Over so many years, some of these friends are sadly no longer with us, and I will remember and miss them always.
So, a very huge THANK YOU to all.
As a parting gesture of appreciation, during this final month of trading before I close my ABN, I will be offering free TNT/FedEx freight or Australia Post shipping on all stock (except for larger, heavier amplifiers that are too costly to freight) for the entire month of JUNE.
As a sole trader, any remaining unsold stock that is owned by me may continue to be sold privately over the coming years. These items may appear on eBay, Gumtree, or possibly Facebook Marketplace.
The Great Guitars website will remain visible, and the email address will stay active for at least a few years, so please feel free to get in touch even though buying and trading will have ceased.
