USED Vintage 1967 Hofner 173 Solid body, aged black/white/black laminate celluloid pickguard, Poor condition.
NOTE: This pickguard being 1967 suits the larger Blade style Hofner pickups. The blade pickups also need to have the adjustable height pickup base plates on them for mounting to this guard.
with one hole on one end ( Bass end ) and two holes on the other end ( treble end) of the base plate.
The guard is in poor condition, having been sanded and possibly gloss sprayed. It could be improved, sanded properly and clear nitro cellulose finish. Or use as-is. Or it could be used as a template to make a new guard. An Affordable vintage Hofner part.
