Nickel cover. HUMBUCKER.

VERY RARE : Note the pickup cover has end tags indicating that this pickup was fitted to a solid body bass guitar. ( also can be used in Cavern era 500/1 basses, if nickel cover tags removed. It would have been taped under the pickguard and sat flat onto to the body.   Hofner diamond logo is under the pole screws, This would have been used for the bridge position. It has a shorter lead of 10  cm. This humbucker bass pickup reads a strong 10.14 KOhm.  Old soldering of the cover to the pickup body shows it is untouched and original windings.
May require wax  potting

Condition is VG.
