Return Policy
I offer you 24 hours from the time you receive your purchase to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Or you can return it. If, for any reason, you do not wish to keep the instrument you can notify me immediately and then we can discuss and make arrangements for refund. You would simply ship the item back insured at your expense.
When the instrument has been returned and in the same condition as it was sent, I will refund your purchase price, less any original shipping cost. I’m proud of the items I sell and glad to have them back, any problems ..simply return it in the same condition you received it! Again, no pressure, no tricks , no gimmicks.
Great Guitars is a fully Licensed Business with ABN. It is an internet online dedicated business only and not a traditional retail style shop. No high pressure selling here and no half or false promises from staff who might just move on the same day. This business is a ONE PERSON OPERATION, which means you will be only dealing with me, Michael Skehan. There you have it!…No excuses.
